Black Velvet Evening Gown Vintage from the late 1960's or early 1970's Halter neck with keyhole on front bodice Low V at back Empire Line Column dress style - long pencil skirt Split at back for ease of movement Zipper at back. Dress is in very good vintage condition for its age. Would best fit an XS-S pit to pit - 17" under bust - 30" waist - up to 32" hip - up to 38" dress length - 55"
